Steampunk Modelled by the Artist

These photos were taken by me after I got home from a friend's Steampunk themed costume party this past Sat. night.  The makeup, costume, and steampunk accessories were all done by me.
-I put these photos through a Sepia filter in Photoshop.

  1. These are fantastic shots! I would have had no idea they had a filter put on in Photoshop. Can I ask what kind of camera you use? I desperately need a new one, almost all of my indoor shots are crap.

  2. Thank you!! I had to play with the color levels in photoshop before I came to a good shade...hoping they look 'sepia' enough. Thinking about trying to add a little graininess to the pics, as well..:)

I use a Nikon L120 Coolpix -I really like it, but I also LOVED my old Kodak EasyShare Z650 -it was AWESOME!! It was small and compact and had great photo quality -both inside and out. At times I like it better than my Nikon...but, unfortunately, back in 2010 I accidentally dropped it and shattered the inner LCD screen and then it stopped working. I was told it would cost more than the camera was worth to fix it. So ended up getting the Nikon, instead. The Nikon is a really good camera, too.
